‘But immediately Jesus spoke to them, saying, “Be of good cheer! It is I; do not be afraid.”’
Matthew 14:27
We are.
Required.
To learn.
From.
Our Lord.
Christ Jesus.
Just like.
His disciples.
Learned from.
Him.
In the.
Above verse.
Jesus instructed.
His disciples.
To be cheerful.
Instead.
Of.
Being fearful.
‘But the boat was now in the middle of the sea, tossed by the waves, for the wind was contrary. Now in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went to them, walking on the sea. And when the disciples saw Him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, “It is a ghost!” And they cried out for fear.’
Matthew 14:24-26
Yesterday.
I learned.
From.
Pastor Cochran.
That.
When.
We become.
Afraid.
Most times.
We experience.
Something.
That puts.
Our life.
In danger.
Which is.
A natural feeling.
However.
When we are.
Christ’s disciples.
He teaches us.
Through.
His word.
And.
The revealed word.
In our lives.
Therefore.
Please know.
That.
God doesn’t.
Play with.
The lives.
Of.
His disciples.
He taught them.
In every situation.
He placed.
Them in.
‘Immediately Jesus made His disciples get into the boat and go before Him to the other side, while He sent the multitudes away. ‘
Matthew 14:22
Therefore.
There is.
Nothing.
To be.
Afraid of.
When.
Our Lord.
Puts us.
In the boat!
So.
The next time.
You are afraid.
Be cheerful.
And.
Not fearful!
Because.
Our Lord.
Is teaching.
You.
To trust Him!
I love you!
And.
I pray your day is blessed!
In Jesus name, Amen!
