‘Although You know that I am not wicked, And there is no one who can deliver from Your hand?’
Job 10:7
I’m learning.
And.
God.
Has been.
Faithful.
In.
Teaching me.
That.
Even.
Though.
I’ve.
Done.
Nothing.
Wrong.
Whatever.
God.
Allows.
I must.
Go.
Through.
And.
Handle.
It.
Well!
This morning.
As I.
Read.
Job 10.
I noticed.
Job.
Knows.
He.
Didn’t.
Do.
Anything.
Wrong.
That.
Would.
Bring.
All.
Of.
This.
Suffering.
Upon him!
‘I will say to God, ‘Do not condemn me; Show me why You contend with me.’
Job 10:2
Also.
Job.
Knows.
That.
God.
Condemns.
The.
Guilty.
And.
He.
Doesn’t.
Understand.
What.
Sin.
Has.
Caused.
His.
Current.
State.
Of.
Suffering.
‘Though they join forces, the wicked will not go unpunished; But the posterity of the righteous will be delivered.’
Proverbs 11:21
However.
He.
Still.
Cries.
Out.
To.
The Lord.
And.
Asks.
For.
Mercy!
Look.
Yesterday.
The Lord.
Gave.
Me.
A word.
Which.
Was.
We.
Can’t.
Avoid.
What.
God.
Allows.
Instead.
We.
Must.
Go.
Through.
It.
And.
Handle.
It.
Well!
If.
You’re.
Experiencing.
Any.
Form.
Of.
Affliction.
And.
Adversity.
Right.
Now.
Don’t.
Run.
From.
It.
Instead.
Cry.
Out.
To.
The Lord.
And.
Ask.
For.
Mercy!
‘Have mercy upon me, O God, According to Your lovingkindness; According to the multitude of Your tender mercies, Blot out my transgressions.’
Psalms 51:1
Then.
Live.
The.
Rest.
Of.
Your.
Days.
As a.
Blameless.
Upright.
Servant.
Of.
The Lord!
‘There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was blameless and upright, and one who feared God and shunned evil. ‘
Job 1:1
I love you!
And.
I pray your day is blessed!
In Jesus name, Amen!
