‘My righteousness I hold fast, and will not let it go; My heart shall not reproach me as long as I live.’
Job 27:6
I’m learning.
And.
God.
Has been.
Faithful.
In.
Teaching me.
That.
I must.
Hold.
On.
To.
My.
Righteousness.
Until.
My.
Last.
Breath!
This morning.
As I.
Read.
Job 24.
Through.
27.
I noticed.
How.
Job.
Maintained.
His.
Innocent.
Of.
Not.
Committing.
Any.
Sins.
Against.
God.
That.
His.
Friends.
Accused.
Him.
Of.
‘Far be it from me That I should say you are right; Till I die I will not put away my integrity from me.’
Job 27:5
Instead.
Job.
Stands.
Firm.
That.
He.
Hasn’t.
Done.
Anything.
Wrong.
And.
God.
Has.
Allowed.
All.
Of.
His.
Troubles.
To be.
So!
‘Moreover Job continued his discourse, and said: “ As God lives, who has taken away my justice, And the Almighty, who has made my soul bitter,’
Job 27:1-2
I’m learning.
That.
When.
God.
Allows.
Troubles.
To be.
So.
We.
Shouldn’t.
Curse.
Him!
Instead.
We.
Should.
Bless.
His.
Holy.
Name!
‘And he said: “Naked I came from my mother’s womb, And naked shall I return there. The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away; Blessed be the name of the Lord .”’
Job 1:21
And.
Maintain.
Our.
Integrity.
Until.
The.
End!
‘As long as my breath is in me, And the breath of God in my nostrils, My lips will not speak wickedness, Nor my tongue utter deceit. Far be it from me That I should say you are right; Till I die I will not put away my integrity from me.’
Job 27:3-5
I pray.
That you.
Don’t.
Switch.
Up.
When.
God.
Allows.
Trouble.
To.
Come.
Your.
Way!
Instead.
Hold.
Fast.
To.
Your.
Righteousness.
And.
Know.
God.
Will.
Deliver.
You.
From.
It.
All!
‘Many are the afflictions of the righteous, But the Lord delivers him out of them all.’
Psalms 34:19
In.
Due.
Season.
If.
You.
Don’t.
Give.
Up!
‘And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. ‘
Galatians 6:9
I love you!
And.
I pray your day is blessed!
In Jesus name, Amen!
