‘And to man He said, ‘Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom, And to depart from evil is understanding.’ ”’
Job 28:28
I’m learning.
And.
God.
Has been.
Faithful.
In.
Teaching me.
That.
Wisdom.
Comes.
From.
The.
Lord!
This morning.
As I.
Read.
Job 28.
I noticed.
How.
Job.
Asked.
His.
Friends.
‘“But where can wisdom be found? And where is the place of understanding?’
Job 28:12
And.
He.
Told.
Them.
‘Man does not know its value, Nor is it found in the land of the living.’
Job 28:13
Also.
He.
Shared.
With.
Them.
Wisdom.
Can’t.
Be.
Bought.
And.
It’s.
Not.
Deep.
Knowledge.
That.
Is.
Hidden.
At.
The.
Ends.
Of.
The.
Earth!
‘The deep says, ‘It is not in me’; And the sea says, ‘It is not with me.’ It cannot be purchased for gold, Nor can silver be weighed for its price.’
Job 28:14-15
Often.
I hear.
People.
Talk.
About.
Life.
Is.
Hard.
But.
It’s.
Really.
Not!
When.
We.
Fear.
The.
Lord.
He.
Gives.
Us.
Wisdom!
‘The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, But fools despise wisdom and instruction.’
Proverbs 1:7
Then.
When.
We.
Run.
From.
Evil.
And.
Keep.
Our.
Hands.
Clean.
God.
Provides.
Understanding!
‘For the Lord gives wisdom; From His mouth come knowledge and understanding;’
Proverbs 2:6
Please.
Take.
Heed.
Worldly.
Knowledge.
Will.
Only.
Get.
You.
So.
Far!
Then.
The.
Knowledge.
You.
Gain.
Develops.
Into.
Pride!
It.
Saddens.
Me.
When.
I see.
Or.
Hear.
People.
Talk.
About.
I did.
This.
Or.
This.
Person.
Gave.
Me.
That.
And.
They.
Don’t.
Give.
All.
The.
Praise.
To.
Christ!
When.
It.
Was.
The.
Lord.
That.
Allowed.
It.
To be.
So!
I pray.
That you.
Learn.
To.
Fear.
The.
Lord.
And.
Resist.
The.
Devil.
Because.
Wisdom.
Is.
More.
Precious.
Than.
Anything.
You.
Can.
Buy.
In.
This.
World!
I love you!
And.
I pray your day is blessed!
In Jesus name, Amen!
